Hi, all!
What a wonderful first year for the Michiana Paddlefest! We thoroughly enjoyed meeting everyone and were happy to see such a good turn-out. Thank you, all, for your support. We hope you had as good a time as we did.
We need your honest, candid feedback as to how the whole event experience was for you. Please fill out our survey to help us plan for Paddlefest 2003.
One thing was obviously clear. This type of event has tremendous potential for being a premier community event in Michiana. In order to make this happen, Pat and I absolutely need more volunteers to dedicate themselves to help with the wide range of pre-event tasks. If you have any interest in helping out with Paddlefest 2003, please sign up for our organizing e-list here. There are a wide range of tasks from simply contributing your ideas from time to time to more in-depth commitments like filling positions such as Promotions Director, Media Relations Correspondent, Timing Official, etc.

WEE POND RACEThis Pond Race was an impromptu idea from Maggie Streib of Fluid Fun. Smaller children (under 10 yrs.) participated in a race in the pond behind the Brown Barn. We'll definitely consider including this as an official event for next year!
